Woman to Woman: Preparing Yourself to Mentor is a preparation guide for women desiring to become mentors. It is a 15-week study that can be done either individually or in a group setting. It includes a leader's plan for group study, guidelines for starting a mentoring ministry, plans for events and activities for mentors and mereas to do together, a mentor/merea covenant, and a commissioning service for mentors.
